Our Story: In The Beginning…
The original idea was to create a website that offered the absolute best selection in drones in terms of brands, styles, features, overall compatibility, and an exclusive drone accessory. Over the past 2 years, the brand and aspirations have evolved, and in addition to offering the best selection, with the goal to be the company that provides the absolute best service online — not just in drones, but in any category.
So here is the vision:
One day, 75% of all retail transactions in the US will be online.
People will buy from the company with the best service and best selection.
DragonCameraDrones.com will be that online store.
Dragon Camera Drone’s company mission is to deliver drones to every person wanting to experience the future.
As we grow as a company, it has become more and more important to explicitly define the core values from which we develop our culture, our brand, and our business strategies. These are the ten core values that we live by:
- Deliver WOW Through Service
- Embrace and Drive Change
- Create Fun and A Little Weirdness
- Be Adventurous, Creative, and Open-Minded
- Pursue Growth and Learning
- Build Open and Honest Relationships With Communication
- Build a Positive Team and Family Spirit
- Do More With Less
- Be Passionate and Determined
- Be Humble
Regardless of our structure, our goal is to position Dragon Camera Drones as the online service leader. If we can get customers to associate the Dragon Camera Drone brand with the absolute best service, then we can expand into other product categories beyond drones. And, we’re doing just that.
Many of you ask us, “What inspires the DragonCameraDrone.com, Inc and its affiliates cultures and the phrase: POWERED by SATISFACTION?” In essence, “What WOWs the DragonCameraDrone.com, Inc and its affiliates cultures?” One way we can share the culture with you is through the Dragon Camera Drone blog. All of these videos and articles are given to our employees in an effort to help them practice Core Value #5: Pursue Growth and Learning. We thought, “Why not offer them to our customers as well!”
